Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.

The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.

RLSS Open Water Lifeguard Qualification

Open water swimming is one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK. The OWL qualification has been specifically designed to equip Open Water Lifeguards with the skills required to supervise and provide rescue cover for planned, organised and risk assessed activities in still or non-tidal water. The OWL course requires a minimum of 18 hours of training followed by a practical assessment.

RLSS Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Ofqual Regulated)

£200pp + VAT

The RLSS UK Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification is the most comprehensive first aid course for the workplace. It covers a wide range of CPR and first aid skills and equips first aiders with the ability to apply first aid to a range of specific injuries and illnesses. The course is suitable for all industries and enables employers to meet HSE requirements. On completion, candidates receive an IQL Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification. First Aid at Work is endorsed by CIMSPA and the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum. This course is a regulated qualification under OfQual.

RLSS Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (Ofqual Regulated)

The RLSS Emergency First Aid at Work course is a one day first aid qualification that covers a range of CPR and emergency first aid skills. Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) provides employers and your staff with the skills to reduce the risks and dangers in your workplace – because a safe working environment is a basic right for all workers and a responsibility for all employers.

In the Department for Education guidance document First Aid in Schools, Early Years and Further Education, the statutory need to provide first aid for employees under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations is set out.  It is also strongly recommends that non-employees such as pupils, students and visitors are provided for as well. The Level 3 Award in First Aid for School and Colleges (FASch) helps educational establishments meet their need for provision of first aid training for their staff.  Unlike First Aid at Work, which does not include paediatric first aid, this qualification covers both adults and children, including resuscitation procedures for children up to 18.
