As a First Aid Trainer, you will deliver a range of accredited and non-accredited first aid courses to workplace groups and the public. Courses may be delivered at client premises or at our designated training venues.
Deliver engaging, inclusive first aid training sessions
Ensure all courses meet awarding body and regulatory standards
Prepare and set up training equipment and course materials
Accurately complete course paperwork and learner records
Maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive classroom environment
Recognised First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification or equivalent
Teaching or training qualification (e.g. PTLLS / AET or equivalent)
Current occupational competence in first aid
Confident presentation and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and well-organised
Willingness to travel to training locations
