About the Role

As a First Aid Trainer, you will deliver a range of accredited and non-accredited first aid courses to workplace groups and the public. Courses may be delivered at client premises or at our designated training venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive first aid training sessions

  • Ensure all courses meet awarding body and regulatory standards

  • Prepare and set up training equipment and course materials

  • Accurately complete course paperwork and learner records

  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive classroom environment

Essential Requirements

  • Recognised First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification or equivalent

  • Teaching or training qualification (e.g. PTLLS / AET or equivalent)

  • Current occupational competence in first aid

  • Confident presentation and communication skills

  • Reliable, professional, and well-organised

  • Willingness to travel to training locations

About the Role

As an OWL Trainer, you will deliver Open Water Lifeguard courses in line with awarding body requirements, ensuring learners gain the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to operate safely in open water environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver OWL training courses in accordance with awarding body standards

  • Conduct practical training and assessments in open water environments

  • Carry out dynamic risk assessments and ensure learner safety at all times

  • Ensure accurate completion of all course paperwork and learner records

  • Maintain professional standards and positive learner engagement

Essential Requirements

  • Current OWL Trainer Assessor qualification (or equivalent)
